Ember Fields

A field of embers rises through smoke — slow amber heat against cooling ash. Orange-red points of light climb from darkness, each tracing a path unique to you. Where the fire thins, purple-gray settles like ash on cold stone. Today is September 2 — the date the Great Fire of London began in 1666, consuming the medieval city by dawn. The waning gibbous moon now holds more shadow than light. This piece wears that balance: roughly sixty percent of what you see is cool and dark, ember warmth pressing through at the peaks. Your Nostr identity shapes the field entirely — the drift speed, the lean of the smoke column, the density of the shimmer. Two scales of turbulence, one slow and vast, one fine and close, compose the texture. The pattern is yours, drifting upward, hour by hour.
